UniVerse Experience, The Art & Science of Connection
Water Immersion for Visionary Leaders: Trust, Flow & Conscious Connection in Bali
Water teaches us to flow without losing form, to carry information through connection, and to trust the unseen current that moves us.
“The Art & Science of Connection” is an initiation into this fluid state –
where business, relationships, and visions align with the rhythm of nature.
Here, we let go of control, and learn to listen to the waves –
both within and around us.

For Conscious Wealth Creators, Visionary Founders & Impact Investors
This retreat is by invitation and interview only.
It welcomes spiritually mature founders, investors, and leaders who value authenticity, depth,
and meaningful relationships.
Those who carry influence, creativity, or capital meant to serve beyond themselves will find alignment here.
An Immersion into Trust, Flow and Embodied Co-Creation
Through sacred water ceremonies, ocean observation, founders’ circles, and regenerative farm experiences, participants explore emotional flow, trust, and resonance.
The program remains emergent rather than
over-scheduled, allowing natural alignment, authentic connection, and collaborative opportunities to arise organically.
Day 1
Arrival & Opening the Flow
Participants arrive at Intaaya and transition from movement into stillness.
The journey begins with a Balinese Melukat purification ceremony guided by local priests in sacred waters. This ritual invites emotional cleansing and energetic renewal.
In the evening, the group gathers beneath the manta-shaped bamboo shala for an opening circle centered on trust and fluidity. Intentions are shared, and the foundation of resonance and authentic presence is established.
The atmosphere is one of grounding, arrival, and gentle initiation into the rhythm of the retreat.
Day 2
Water as Mirror
The group descends 360 cliffside steps to Intaaya’s private beach, symbolizing a movement inward. Water becomes a mirror for emotional clarity and collective flow.
Through guided reflection circles and ocean observation practices, participants explore how energy transfers through networks,
in leadership and in life.
The day invites listening rather than controlling, sensing rather than pushing. Insights arise around resonance, decision-making,
and relational trust.
Evening integration allows space for informal dialogue and deepening connection within the circle.
Day 3
Depths of Trust
The focus shifts to surrender and embodied trust.
In the saltwater pool, water therapy practices encourage letting go of resistance and embracing flow. Dialogue centers on “Trust as the New Currency” in leadership and business.
Participants explore transparency, emotional mastery, and fluid systems thinking. The Founders’ Sharing Circle offers a protected space to speak about the invisible challenges of building new systems.
The day concludes with a celebratory concert under the stars, curated with local musicians, anchoring joy and collective resonance.
Day 4
Ripples of Change
This day explores how individual transformation creates collective impact. Participants reflect on collaborative ventures, conscious investments, and regenerative leadership models.
Business is viewed as a water system - fluid, connective, alive.
The circle discusses legacy, stewardship, and long-term impact. Insights crystallize into intentions and possible partnerships.
The emphasis remains on authenticity and alignment rather than performance.
The experience continues to unfold organically, guided by the rhythm of the group and the intelligence of the environment.
Day 5
Integration & Departure
The retreat concludes with a sunrise closing ritual, anchoring trust into body and purpose.
Participants integrate insights gathered over the four days, clarifying next steps in leadership and life. The circle completes with gratitude and strengthened bonds.
Departure is not an ending but a continuation - each participant carries forward ripples of transformation into their projects, communities, and relationships.
The journey back into the world becomes a re-entry grounded in flow rather than force.
