The Essence of the Retreat
A learning space to deepen your presence as a facilitator and reconnect with the source of your work.
This training integrates personal development and professional mastery into one embodied experience.
Through direct exploration, group dynamics, and practical tools, your facilitation becomes more precise, grounded, and aligned, supporting authentic expression in life and work.
Day 1
Welcome
Day 1 invites a gentle arrival into the space, allowing body and mind to settle into a new rhythm.
As we land at Intaaya, we begin to attune to the environment, to ourselves, and to the group. Through simple practices, we cultivate presence and create a shared ground of trust and openness.
This opening day establishes the foundation of the journey. We connect with one another, explore the potential within the group, and sense the collective field that will support our learning. The frame of the training is introduced, offering clarity on the path ahead while leaving space for the unknown.
It is a moment of softening and listening, a transition from doing into being, setting the tone for a process rooted in awareness and connection.
Day 2
Foundations of Holding Space
Day 2 is dedicated to the foundations of Connection, Safety, and Belonging. You explore how to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to open naturally.
Through embodied awareness, you begin to understand how safety is communicated beyond words, through presence, body language, and subtle relational cues.
You develop sensitivity to the emotional field of the group, learning to notice shifts in energy, connection, and engagement. This deep listening allows you to respond with clarity and care, supporting a grounded and inclusive space.
Practical tools and exercises strengthen trust, connection, and group cohesion, giving you a clear sense of how to guide participants into a shared field of openness and belonging.
Day 3
Building the Facilitator Toolkit
Day 3 explores Structure, Expression, and Embodiment as core elements of facilitation. You deepen into facilitation models and learn how to create clear, supportive frameworks that guide meaningful group processes. Structure becomes a tool for freedom, allowing expression to unfold with direction and purpose.
You explore how to translate ideas into lived experiences, shaping sessions that are engaging, dynamic, and grounded in the present moment. Through embodied tools, you learn to guide processes with clarity, confidence, and precision, while staying connected to the natural flow of the group.
This day supports you in finding your own voice as a facilitator, where structure and creativity meet, and where your guidance becomes both intentional and responsive to what is alive.
Day 4
Working with the Living Field
Day 4 opens the space of Awareness, Responsiveness, and Depth, inviting you into real time facilitation. You step into the living moment of the group, learning to work with what is present, including emotional processes, subtle dynamics, and emerging patterns.
You develop the capacity to stay grounded while meeting complexity, responding with clarity, sensitivity, and presence. Rather than following a fixed plan, you learn to trust your awareness and engage with the unfolding field as it is.
Through guided practice, you step into the role of facilitator and receive clear, supportive feedback. This allows you to refine your approach, deepen your confidence, and expand your ability to hold space with authenticity and depth.
Day 5
Advanced Facilitation & Embodiment
Day 5 explores Complexity, Leadership, and Presence, inviting you to meet facilitation at a deeper and more refined level. You engage with advanced embodiment practices that support working with sensitive emotional material, trauma awareness, and nuanced group dynamics.
You learn to stay grounded and clear while holding complexity, developing the capacity to lead without force, and to guide with subtlety and precision. Leadership is explored as a quality of presence, expressed through humility, honesty, and vulnerability.
Through practice and reflection, you refine your ability to hold the energetic field of a group, carrying the frequency with stability and care. Facilitation becomes a living expression of who you are, grounded in awareness and aligned with the moment.
Day 6
Integration & Next Steps
Day 6 centers on Clarity, Direction, and Embodiment, offering a space to integrate and anchor the journey. You reflect on your experience, allowing insights to settle and take form within your body and awareness. What has been learned becomes more grounded, more accessible, and ready to be lived.
You explore how to bring your facilitation into the world, translating inner shifts into clear direction and aligned action. Your unique expression as a facilitator becomes more visible, supported by a deeper trust in your presence and capacity.
The training completes with a sense of readiness, clarity, and confidence to continue your path. You leave with a grounded understanding of how to embody facilitation in your life and work.
