Intaaya Signature Retreat
Remembrance, let it resonate, you already sense why you are here.
Intaaya Signature Retreat
21-26 March, 2026
For those who know real change begins within. A return to center, a remembering of who you are, and a way of living from inner alignment. Recognition comes first, striving softens into presence, trust is restored, and you stand in inner authority.
It is about returning to what has always been true.
Invitation from Kinga, Founder & Mother of Intaaya
I have always loved bringing people together, creating spaces where truth can surface, presence can lead, and life is given room to breathe.
Intaaya was born from this devotion, a sanctuary guided by land and rhythm, where stillness is alive and aligning.
This Signature Experience sets the field for all that follows. I invite you into a homecoming, a return to yourself and to what feels essential.
Who This Is For
This experience is for those who feel the call to return to what is essential.
You move with depth, responsibility, and quiet confidence, drawn to spaces where presence leads, the body is listened to, and nature brings clarity. You value connection, authenticity, and trust.
If this resonates, this experience is calling you.
Experience
The Intaaya Signature Experience is a guided immersion into presence, shaped by the land, natural rhythm, and attentive care.
You arrive gently into our sustainably crafted cliffside sanctuary, supported by farm-to-table nourishment grown on our permacultural farm. Embodied and ceremonial practices are woven with spacious time for rest, ocean, and stillness, allowing grounding, clarity, and integration.
Expert facilitators hold a safe, attentive field for the experience so your own unfolding can arise naturally.
The Elemental Journey
A Lived Sequence of Remembrance.
This is not a concept. It’s a somatic journey your body already understands.
The Intaaya Signature Retreat unfolds as a living mandala, a journey through the five elements. Each day deepens your relationship with nature’s intelligence and your own essence.
Day 1 - Welcome
Arrival · Presence · Opening
We arrive gently, crossing from movement into stillness. The journey to Intaaya becomes a first ritual of transition, inviting presence before doing. Upon arrival, there is time to settle, breathe, and attune to the land.
In the afternoon, we gather for an opening ceremony rooted in intention setting and connection to the land. This is where the field is established. We meet each other not through stories, but through presence. A welcome tea ceremony in the evening invites softness, grounding, and a first sense of community.
This day is about landing. Letting the nervous system settle. Allowing the body to recognize safety, rhythm, and care. Nothing needs to be achieved. The journey begins by arriving fully.
Day 2 - Earth
Connection · Grounding · Belonging
The day opens in silence with sunrise tea meditation, followed by grounding hatha yoga that anchors awareness into the body. Earth day is about stability, safety, and belonging.
Somatic grounding and movement practices support a deeper relationship with gravity, sensation, and inner support. The body becomes a home rather than a tool. Community connection deepens through shared rhythm, shared meals, and unstructured time together.
In the evening, the Journey to the Stars at the cliff invites perspective. Grounded in the body, we look outward and inward at once. Earth teaches us that belonging begins within, and that from stability, connection naturally unfolds.
Day 3 - Water
Flow · Emotion · Purification
Water invites softness and movement. Morning practices emphasize flow, breath, and fluidity, preparing the body and emotional field for release.
A traditional water purification ritual supports cleansing on emotional and energetic levels, allowing what is held to move and dissolve. Free-flow time offers space for rest, swimming, journaling, or tea ceremony, following the body’s natural rhythm.
In the afternoon, a guided water flow journey invites embodied exploration of emotion, intuition, and receptivity. The evening sound healing supports integration, allowing the nervous system to settle into clarity.
Water reminds us that feeling is not something to manage, but something to listen to.
Day 4 - Fire
Transformation · Courage · Creativity
Fire day carries intensity, vitality, and clarity. Dynamic yoga and activation practices awaken inner power and direction. The breath becomes a tool for focus and courage.
A kundalini activation and purpose-oriented practice invites participants to meet their authentic drive and inner truth. Fire burns through hesitation, revealing what matters.
In the evening, fire and cacao ceremony opens the heart and supports emotional honesty, creativity, and embodied courage. Fire is not force. It is alignment. It reminds us how to move forward without leaving ourselves behind.
Day 5 - Air
Vision · Awareness · Freedom
Air brings spaciousness. The day begins with breath-centered practices and vision meditation, supporting clarity and expanded perception.
The breathwork journey opens new perspectives, inviting insight beyond habitual thinking. Free-flow time allows integration through silence, journaling, rest, or conversation, guided by intuition.
In the evening, live music and shared sound create lightness, connection, and expression. Air teaches us to trust the unseen, to allow insight without grasping, and to experience freedom through awareness.
Day 6 - Ether
Unity · Stillness · Integration
The final day is dedicated to integration. Morning movement is intuitive and subtle, allowing the body to move from internal listening rather than instruction.
The integration circle and harvesting ritual support reflection, meaning-making, and embodiment. What has been experienced is gently woven into daily life, without urgency or pressure.
Ether holds everything. Silence, connection, memory, and possibility.
The retreat closes not as an ending, but as a return, carrying presence into what comes next.
Together, the elements restore a natural order of being.
This experience is held by a carefully curated circle of facilitators, each rooted in presence, embodiment, and lived integrity.

Audrey & Chris
Audrey and Chris share devotional music as a practice of deep embodiment and heart centered presence. For over a decade they have gathered voices in sacred song, witnessing how collective chanting opens the heart, quiets the mind, and reconnects us to our true nature. Their Kirtans blend storytelling, vocal alchemy, and contemporary grooves rooted in the timeless path of Bhakti Yoga.
At Intaaya, their music moves through the elements, grounding like Earth, flowing like Water, igniting like Fire, carried by Air, and expanding into Ether. Through sound, they create a living field of connection where community forms naturally and devotion becomes a shared experience.
