For Those Who Lead the Future
Find your answers at the edge of the world
You carry responsibility for organisations, people and high stake decisions, yet few spaces exist where leaders can step outside the noise and ask deeper questions.
You receive more information in one day than previous generations processed in a year, yet the truth becomes harder to find.
Technology, geopolitics and artificial intelligence are reshaping the world at unprecedented speed, while leaders are expected to make clear decisions.
You want to leave a lasting legacy for the world, but struggling to stay aligned in the time of uncertainty.
Invitation from Marina Davies, Founder of Spiritual Corporation
For over two decades I worked in investment banking, asset management and corporate governance, interacting with government officials and C-suite executives of Fortune 500 corporations, overseeing billion dollar investments.
After experiencing a spiritual awakening, I brought together the most advanced knowledge, practices and an exceptional group of facilitators to help senior leaders reconnect with themselves and build healthier, more balanced organisations.
For Those Who Lead the Future
This retreat is designed exclusively for senior leaders, founders and public figures who value discretion, depth and meaningful dialogue.
Align Your Mind, Body and Spirit
Intaaya is a purpose-built sanctuary where spirituality meets conscious leadership.
From the elevated vantage point of 5D (quantum) consciousness, long standing patterns, including one’s relationship with the past and with others, may begin to reorganise.
This often opens space for clarity, freedom and the capacity to create meaningful transformation for both self and organisation.
Satsangs and advanced energy practices led by Marina and supported by a distinguished group of globally recognised facilitators will bring alignment and focus.
Day 1 - Arrival
Reconnecting With the Self
The process begins with a deliberate shift from movement into stillness.
Arriving at a private sanctuary, the noise of daily life is set aside.
The first day is dedicated to decompression. The nervous system settles and attention returns to the present moment.
There is time to walk the land, breathe, and reconnect with oneself.
A quiet field of focus is established. We gather for an opening circle and intention setting.
A welcome dinner of carefully prepared organic cuisine, followed by a traditional tea ceremony, sets the tone for the days ahead and creates a container of trust.
For a moment, nothing needs to be solved.
The work begins with full arrival.
Day 2 - Awareness
Who We Are
Conscious leadership begins with self awareness.
Practices from the beginning of the day emphasise breath and flow, preparing shift from accumulated tension toward greater balance and clarity.
Through the day you are encouraged to cultivate your awareness, while your focus of attention is turning inwards. A powerful concious breath activation session relieves the trapped emotions from your body.
The session “Hu-Man: Who We Really Are” creates a profound shift in self perception.
It brings a deeper understanding of human nature, bridging ancient wisdoms with modern scientific perspective.
Followed by shared meals and time of thoughtful conversation within the group help shift awareness away from constant mental intensity toward a more integrated state of perception.
Day 3 - Sovereignty
Dealing with Emotions
The day begins with a tea ceremony and hatha yoga that restores balance to the nervous system.
A hike to Intaaya Beach invites deeper reflection within a conscious natural environment, highlighting the importance of creative problem-solving and expanded awareness in responsible leadership. A symbolic moment of renewal is supporting the release of emotional and energetic pressure through traditional water blessing ceremony with Balinese high priest.
Time in the circle, “Dealing with Emotions, Aura and Sovereignty” validates the role of emotional awareness and setting healthy energetic boundaries. It highlights the importance of responding, not reacting in leadership.
Water reminds us that emotional awareness is not something to control, but something to understand and work with intelligently.
An evening of music supports the integration of this understanding.
Day 4 - Awakening
Creative Energy · Transformation
A Kundalini rebirthing session invites reconnection with deeper truth.
Energy is directed toward greater intention.
As the day unfolds, the exploration of “Higher States of Consciousness and Quality of Life" supports the creation of
A fire and cacao ceremony creates a space for open reflection and authentic dialogue.
The setting encourages creativity, honest conversation, and the confidence to engage with new perspectives.
Fire reminds us that transformation in leadership does not come from force, but from alignment when energy, intention, and action moving together. We are paving the path to heart centered leadership.
Day 5 - Integrity
Grounding · Stability
With a clear and aligned core, the whole board begins to come into view.
Walking through the land invites reflection on growth and stewardship.
A visit to the organic farm provides the experience of regenerative systems and natural cycles.
Grounded in both body and land, direction begins to feel steady, you are arriving into the state of inner stability and a sense of personal integrity.
As the day settles, the curated conversation “Conscious AI: Human Awareness in Dialogue with Emerging Intelligence” explores the evolving relationship between human consciousness and technology.
In the evening, frequency sound brings final clarity, establishing an environment where authenticity and connection can develop.
Day 6 - Departure
Embodiment
Everything begins to settle.
Movement becomes intuitive and subtle, allowing the body to move from internal awareness rather than instruction.
A closing integration circle invites reflection and sense-making.
Insights gathered throughout the retreat begin to find their place, without urgency or pressure.
The retreat closes, but as a beginning.
A natural rhythm of being. Gratitude for what comes next.
