Slipstream: The Portal
You know you are here for more. Slipstream: The Portal is the bridge from the old to the new.
Not a retreat from your life – the moment your life changes frequency.
For visionary leaders, founders and changemakers ready to shed what they’ve been carrying and cross the threshold into who they’re becoming.
This is your remembering.
An Invitation From Rebecca
I’m passionate about human connection, consciousness, and our remembering – of who we are and why we came here. After two decades spanning corporate leadership, founding a tech startup, and exploring transformational modalities,
I created Slipstream: a methodology helping people reconnect with their inner compass, expand their capacity, and evolve into who they came here to be. I invite you into one of the most meaningful experiences of your life.
This Is For
The visionaries. The changemakers. The founders. For those who know they are here for more.
The Visionary
Leaders & founders operating at a high level, knowing the next breakthrough is internal, not external.
The Changemaker
Purpose-driven builders creating impact for a better world, seeking to lead with greater presence, clarity and alignment.
The Seeker
Those at the threshold of what’s next, open to expansion, transformation, and reconnecting with who they came here to be.
Slipstream: The Portal is a guided journey through the full arc of transformation
Held at Intaaya, an award-winning luxury cliffside sanctuary where the ocean, land and nourishment are part of the medicine.
Slipstream: The Portal is an immersive journey weaving somatic practices, ritual experiences and ceremony within a container of stillness, release and vision. A guided spiral from arrival to emergence, held by one of Australia’s most experienced breathwork and consciousness coaches.
You will not only feel different, you will leave different.
Facilitators
Rebecca Grainger
Rebecca Grainger is the creator of Slipstream and the Lead Host of The Portal.
After two decades spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and deep inner work, she now guides people through transformational experiences that help them reconnect with their truth, expand their capacity and create meaningful change in their lives.
Her work draws on breathwork, nervous system regulation, energy healing, coaching and consciousness practices, but at its heart it is about helping people remember who they are beneath the expectations, roles and identities they have accumulated along the way.
She created Slipstream after experiencing firsthand the cost of performing at the edge of capacity without ever stopping to ask:
“Who am I becoming, and is it who I came here to be?”

Day 1
The Threshold - Late Summer · Arriving
Arrival · Belonging · Opening
You land and you are held.
The journey to Nusa Penida is the first ritual. By the time you arrive at Intaaya, the island has already begun its work.
You cross a threshold and are welcomed into the container of the group. The weight of the ordinary world is left at the door. There is nowhere to be, nothing to achieve, and no one to perform for.
Surrounded by like-minded people, you'll settle into your room, meet your fellow travellers, and begin to feel the quiet magic of the land. The nervous system starts to soften. Safety returns. The nourishment of the week ahead begins to reach your body, mind and soul.
This day is about arriving fully. Exhaling. Letting yourself be held. Nothing needs to be achieved.
Day 2
The Descent - Autumn · Shedding
Release · Truth · Pattern
What has been carried gets set down.
Transformational breathwork, energy healing and somatic practices guide you into the places the mind cannot reach. What you have been holding, for years in some cases, begins to move.
Patterns become visible. The stories you've carried, the beliefs you've inherited and the identities you've outgrown rise gently to the surface to be seen and understood.
As the day unfolds, you begin to see the thread running through it all. The challenges that shaped you. The moments that changed you. The lessons that have quietly been guiding you all along.
And perhaps for the first time in a long time, you stop fighting what has been and begin meeting it with compassion. What has been carried can finally be set down. The fire receives what you are ready to release. What is placed in the flames opens the door to a new beginning.
Day 3
The Underworld - Winter · Stillness
Silence · Essence · Remembering
The deepest day.
The quietest day of the retreat. The day the noise settles and the bones are reached.
Without the constant pull of responsibility, deadlines and expectations, something else becomes available: the chance to meet yourself beneath the roles you have been playing.
As the masks begin to soften, something more true starts to emerge. Clearer. Calmer. More compassionate towards the path that brought you here and the person you are choosing to become.
Through ceremony, stillness, breathwork and time alone, you begin to hear the deeper voice underneath it all. The one that has been waiting patiently for your attention.
As dusk settles, sound carries you back. The descent is complete. Something shifts. The return begins.
Day 4
The Vision - Spring · Rebirth
Vision · Creativity · Declaration
Something feels different today. The heaviness has lifted. Joy moves more freely through your body. There is space where there was once tension. Clarity where there was once noise.
And from that space, a vision begins to emerge and a deeper knowing of who you are and what you are here to create. An energy healing meditation guides you into the life you are creating from the inside out, clearing whatever remains in the way of fully receiving the vision.
From a regulated nervous system and a quieter mind, the next chapter begins to reveal itself. This is an embodied feeling and an intuitive knowing.
This day is devoted to integration and accountability. Commitments are grounded and seeds are planted creating the bridge between who you have been and who you are becoming.
The evening celebrates. Under dancing stars and open skies, you begin to recognise just how much has already changed.
Day 5
The Emergenc - Summer · Completion
Witnessing · Integration · Return
The spiral completes. You come home.
Each person is witnessed and held as they speak to where they arrived, what they shed, what they are carrying forward, and the vow they have made to themselves.
This is the summer harvest. A moment to honour what has shifted, celebrate the connections you've made, and acknowledge the new way of being you are taking home with you.
You recross the threshold carrying what you discovered and a deeper knowing of who you are and what you are here to create.
The retreat ends with a farewell at the Intaaya arm. Fresh coconuts. One final reminder of the island's abundance before the ferry carries you back to the world.
You do not return the same. That is the point of all of it.
